Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly experienced Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer with 9+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development, with strong expertise in On-Premises environments. Cloud experience is considered a strong advantage.The ideal candidate will have solid experience in Dynamics 365 customization, development, integration, data migration, upgrades, and troubleshooting, with strong technical skills in C#, .NET, .NET Core, REST APIs, and Microsoft SQL Server.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, customize, configure, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions based on business and technical requirements.Design and implement integrations between Dynamics 365 CRM and external systems using REST APIs, web services, and middleware.Develop custom plugins, workflows, and integrations using C# and .NET technologies.Perform data migration, system upgrades, and integration-related activities within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem.Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable Dynamics 365 solutions.Troubleshoot and resolve complex CRM, integration, and system functionality issues.Develop and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, technical specifications, integration documentation, and deployment guides.Work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and other application teams to ensure successful solution delivery.Support application releases, deployments, and production issues.Follow development standards, version control practices, and CI/CD processes using Azure DevOps.Work with Microsoft SQL Server for database development, troubleshooting, queries, and data-related activities.
