Description
We are looking for a Senior Architectural Finishing Engineer to join our construction team and oversee architectural finishing works for high-end projects in New Cairo.The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in high-end finishing and hotel projects, with the ability to manage site execution, coordinate with different disciplines, and ensure that all works are completed according to the required quality standards and project specifications.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and manage all architectural finishing activities on site.Ensure finishing works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.Review architectural drawings, details, material specifications, and shop drawings.Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, MEP, and other project disciplines.Monitor daily site activities, work progress, and manpower productivity.Inspect finishing works and ensure proper execution and high-quality standards.Follow up on the procurement and delivery of finishing materials.Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues.Prepare progress reports and provide regular updates to the Project Manager.Ensure compliance with project schedules and deadlines.Supervise and coordinate subcontractors to ensure proper and timely execution.Ensure that all finishing works comply with project requirements and approved materials.
