Ensure that the property and assets are maintained in the highest order through the management of the Jumeirah Engineering Management System and the appointment of suitable competent personnel. Monitor completed repair and maintenance works to ensure that established standards have been met. Assist in the implementation, co-ordination, and monitoring of the JEMS (Jumeirah Engineering Management System), including the Fire, Life and Safety Matrix, PPM, and Work Order Systems. Manages grievances, suggestions, and complaints by colleagues and recommends appropriate action to the Director of Engineering/Chief Engineer. Delivers comprehensive monthly reports to the Director of Engineering/Chief Engineer on activities carried out for the month (if required). Communicate project updates to external departments or entities in a professional and timeous manner. About You:The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:6 - 8 years of experience in engineering in a luxury hotel setting.
