Proven experience supporting annual compensation and incentive cycles. Strong knowledge of salary structures, job architecture, grading, market benchmarking, and internal equity. Strong analytical capability, attention to detail, and stakeholder management skills.

A leading organization is seeking an experienced Specialist - People Rewards to support the design, delivery and governance of competitive, equitable and compliant rewards programs.The role will focus on compensation, benefits, incentives, job evaluation, rewards analytics and governance, helping strengthen the organization's ability to attract, retain and motivate talent while maintaining internal equity, market competitiveness and cost effectiveness.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the design and administration of salary structures, pay ranges and progression frameworks aligned with job architecture and market positioning.Coordinate annual compensation and salary review cycles, including merit increases, promotions and adjustments.Provide guidance on compensation decisions, including market positioning, internal equity and exception management.Conduct pay and workforce analysis to identify equity risks, inconsistencies and opportunities for improvement.Partner with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition to ensure roles are appropriately evaluated, graded and positioned.Support benefits benchmarking and market competitiveness reviews, recommending enhancements aligned with employee needs and business affordability.Support the administration and governance of short-term incentive and recognition programs.Coordinate annual incentive processes, including eligibility, data validation, approvals, calculations and communications.Analyze incentive outcomes, performance differentiation and cost impact, recommending improvements where appropriate.Support job evaluation, grading and internal relativity reviews in line with the organization's job architecture.Maintain accurate job evaluation records, documentation, approvals and audit trails.Develop and maintain People Rewards policies, standards, processes and SOPs.Prepare rewards dashboards and analytics covering workforce costs, compa-ratios, pay movements and compensation cycle outcomes.Support participation in market compensation and benefits surveys, including job matching, data submission and interpretation.Partner with Finance, HRBPs, Talent Acquisition and other stakeholders to ensure strong governance and effective execution of rewards programs.Required Skills:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a related discipline.6–10 years of relevant experience in People Rewards, Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, Job Evaluation or Rewards Analytics.Proven experience supporting annual compensation and incentive cycles.Strong knowledge of salary structures, job architecture, grading, market benchmarking and internal equity.Strong analytical capability with the ability to translate data into clear business insights and practical recommendations.High attention to detail and a strong understanding of governance, controls and confidentiality.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Experience in in-house and/or consulting environments is an advantage.
