The Group operates through multiple business units and subsidiaries, delivering integrated solutions supported by strong operational expertise and a well-established regional presence.Job SummaryWe are seeking a qualified Estimator with proven experience in roads and infrastructure projects to join our Estimation Department.The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in tendering, quantity take-offs, BOQ analysis, cost estimation, rate build-ups, and supplier/subcontractor quotation evaluation.Key ResponsibilitiesReview tender documents, drawings, specifications, BOQs, and contractual requirements.Prepare accurate quantity take-offs, cost estimates, pricing sheets, and detailed rate build-ups.Obtain, analyse, and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.Identify BOQ discrepancies, scope gaps, commercial risks, and cost implications.Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure competitive and accurate tender submissions.Support tender clarifications, commercial evaluations, negotiations, and final submissions.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.3–5 years of relevant experience in roads and infrastructure estimation and tendering.Strong knowledge of BOQs, construction drawings, specifications, and quantity measurement.Knowledge of CESMM or equivalent methods of measurement is mandatory.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, cost estimation, and detailed rate analysis.Familiarity with FIDIC contracts and tendering procedures is an advantage.Strong analytical, commercial, and organizational skills.Important: Candidates must have relevant estimation and tendering experience in the roads and infrastructure contracting industry.
