Manage daily treasury operations including cash management, bank transactions, and liquidity planning.Monitor and control cash flow to ensure sufficient funding for operational requirements.Prepare short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts.Coordinate with banks regarding transfers, facilities, guarantees, loans, and banking services.Monitor company bank accounts and ensure proper reconciliation processes.Ensure timely processing of supplier payments, payroll funding, and operational expenses.Review and approve treasury-related transactions in accordance with company policies.Maintain strong relationships with financial institutions and banking partners.Monitor financial risks related to cash management and banking operations.Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial regulations, and audit requirements.Prepare treasury reports, liquidity reports, and management dashboards.Coordinate with accounting, AP, AR, and operational departments to support business activities.Managing and executing supplier payments based on available cash flow and payment priorities in accordance with the Accounts Payable aging schedule.Optimizing and reducing finance costs by negotiating favorable banking commissions, fees, and charges, while building strong banking relationships to secure competitive financing terms and value-added banking solutions.
