Requirements
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, or a related field is preferred. Requires 3-6 years of relevant experience in warehouse and inventory management, with previous experience in a Senior Warehouse Keeper/Senior Storekeeper role being advantageous. Must have strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control procedures, hands-on experience with ERP systems (Odoo experience is a plus), and good knowledge of MS Excel and inventory reporting. Experience in stock counting and inventory reconciliation is essential, along with a good understanding of material receiving, issuing, transferring, and storing. Experience supervising or coordinating warehouse staff is also required, complemented by strong organizational, time-management, attention to detail, accuracy, communication, and coordination skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Description
Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, issuing, picking, packing, and internal transfers.Receive incoming materials and verify quantities and specifications against Purchase Orders, invoices, and delivery documents.Ensure all received materials are properly inspected, labeled, recorded, and stored in their designated locations.Issue materials based on approved Material Requests, Delivery Orders, or authorized documents.Maintain accurate records of all inbound, outbound, transfer, return, and adjustment transactions.Update and monitor inventory transactions through the company's ERP/Warehouse Management System.Ensure physical stock quantities are accurately reflected in the system.Conduct regular cycle counts, periodic stock counts, and annual physical inventory.Investigate and report any discrepancies between physical and system stock and support corrective actions.Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and report shortages, excess, damaged, or slow-moving items.Ensure proper identification, labeling, and systematic arrangement of materials to maximize warehouse space utilization.Apply appropriate inventory control methods, including FIFO where applicable.Coordinate loading and unloading activities and ensure materials are handled safely.Supervise and distribute daily tasks among warehouse staff when required.Ensure warehouse staff follow company procedures, safety regulations, and security requirements.Maintain the warehouse in a clean, organized, and safe condition.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to stock movement, inventory status, discrepancies, and warehouse activities.Coordinate with Procurement, Logistics, Finance, Projects, and other departments regarding material requirements and stock movements.Monitor returned, damaged, or defective materials and ensure they are properly documented and segregated.Maintain proper documentation and filing of all warehouse transactions.Support warehouse audits and provide the required inventory records and documentation.Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency.Perform any other duties assigned by the direct managerRequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.3–6 years of relevant experience in warehouse and inventory management.Previous experience in a Senior Warehouse Keeper / Senior Storekeeper role is preferred.Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control procedures.Hands-on experience with ERP systems; Odoo experience is a strong advantage.Good knowledge of MS Excel and inventory reporting.Experience in stock counting and inventory reconciliation.Good understanding of receiving, issuing, transferring, and storing materials.Experience supervising or coordinating warehouse staff.Strong organizational and time-management skills.High attention to detail and accuracy.Good communication and coordination skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
