Requirements
Requires a High School/Diploma or equivalent. Previous experience as a Merchandiser, Sales Merchandiser, Retail Merchandiser, or FMCG Merchandiser is preferred. Must have good communication and interpersonal skills, a basic understanding of retail operations and merchandising, the ability to travel between multiple retail locations, and good organizational and reporting skills. UAE retail/FMCG experience is an advantage.
Description
Key ResponsibilitiesVisit assigned retail outlets as per the agreed schedule.Ensure products are properly displayed and positioned according to brand guidelines.Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.Check product pricing, promotional materials, and shelf displays.Ensure adequate shelf space and product visibility.Monitor product expiry dates and follow FIFO/FEFO practices where applicable.Set up promotional displays and point-of-sale materials.Coordinate with store staff and sales teams regarding stock and display requirements.Monitor competitor products, pricing, promotions, and activities.Maintain accurate records of stock, store visits, and merchandising activities.Report out-of-stock situations and other market observations to the supervisor.Maintain good relationships with store managers and retail staff.Qualifications & SkillsHigh School/Diploma or equivalent.Previous experience as a Merchandiser, Sales Merchandiser, Retail Merchandiser, or FMCG Merchandiser preferred.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Basic understanding of retail operations and merchandising.Ability to travel between multiple retail locations.Good organizational and reporting skills.UAE retail/FMCG experience is an advantage
