Requirements
Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress or in a similar F&B service role, preferably within a 5-star hotel or luxury restaurant. Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards and restaurant operations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-focused approach. Good knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and basic food safety and allergen awareness. Positive attitude, professional appearance, and genuine passion for hospitality. Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple guest requirements efficiently. Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage. Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment.
