Key ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate a multidisciplinary design consultancy team, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and alignment with project objectives and budgetDevelop and monitor design programmes, schedules, milestones, and deliverablesCoordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and wider project teams to ensure effective collaborationLead design meetings and maintain key design management documentation, reports, and trackersManage design issues, risks, scope, change control, and design approvalsReview multidisciplinary design deliverables to ensure coordination, quality, and compliance with project requirementsEnsure effective document control and compliance with established design management processes, BIM, HSE, and relevant technical standardsMaintain a strong knowledge of architecture, construction, design standards, materials, and building technologiesRequirementsBachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Design, Project Management, or a related fieldExtensive design management experience, with at least 10 years experience in a Design Manager roleConsultant- or client-side experienceStrong project planning, project controls, and commercial acumenProficiency in industry-standard design management tools and softwareStrong organisational, communication, and collaboration skillsExcellent time management and prioritisation skillsStrong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workValid driving licence and willingness to travel across the Emirates, as required
