Must possess thorough knowledge of HVAC and engineering techniques, and be capable of overseeing all mechanical works, including scheduling, task assignment, and problem-solving.

China State Construction Middle East (CSCEC ME) is recruiting a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join the High Rise Tower project in Dubai.Position Summary:Position requires thorough knowledge of HVAC and engineering techniques, In-charge for overseeing all Mechanical works Complete responsibility to decide on day-to-day work that needs to be carried out by subordinates including: scheduling of activities, assigning task to groups or individuals, accuracy of work conducted, and dealing with operational issues and problems.Responsibilities:Prepare and design the detailed engineering for Shop Drawings, based on Tender design drawings.Study and review the Tender drawings / specification and raise RFI, if required.Responsible for the leadership and support of their teamEnsure Quality of Engineering in discipline and compliance with the appropriate project processEnsure the preparation and review of design solutions, which fully comply with all applicable design / Client requirements, with Design Standards, Codes of Practice and good engineering principles to agreed time, cost and quality requirementsMaintain effective working relationships with other authorities/disciplinesProvide technical support for the Procurement Department, and assist for the offers received from suppliersLiaise with local authorities for the approval of Mechanical service drawings & inspectionsQualifications & Requirements:Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering10+ Years of relevant work experience in Construction projectsExperience in High Rise Tower projects
