Requires a High School Diploma and a Graduate degree (preferred). Responsibilities include maximizing sales through exceptional customer service, maintaining store standards, stock management (display, tagging, barcoding, rotation, counts), stock administration and reporting, cashiering as applicable, visual merchandising, replenishment, and ensuring customer satisfaction and effective returns handling.

The job holder will be responsible for maximizing sales through exceptional customer service.
