Requirements
The candidate must be aware of electrical risks and ensure the safety of non-electrical personnel. Experience in performing manual and remote switching in electrical substations and knowledge of electrical substations operation are required. A certification in the Electrical Power Supply Field is legally required for employment as an Electrical Controller in a medium power substation. Experience in Railway Electrical Traction Operation (Third rail system) is also needed. Fluency in English and Arabic languages is essential.
