The role focuses on transforming strategic programs into high-quality learning experiences through effective planning, coordination, stakeholder management, delivery oversight, and continuous improvement. This role ensures the smooth execution of NEA’s programs across areas such as entrepreneurship, financial literacy, new economy skills, leadership, specialized programs, and government capacity-building initiatives. The position requires strong operational leadership, project execution capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously while maintaining excellence in participant experience and partner engagement. Key Responsibilities Program execution & delivery Lead the end-to-end execution of all NEA training and capacity-building programs. Ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and expected quality standards. Oversee operational planning for all training activities including schedules, venues, LMS coordination, trainers, logistics, assessments, certifications, and participant management. Monitor day-to-day execution of ongoing programs and proactively resolve operational challenges. Ensure alignment between program objectives, learning outcomes, and execution plans. Develop execution frameworks, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and operational workflows for efficient program delivery. Ensure proper coordination between internal teams, trainers, partners, and external vendors. Training operations management Manage the full training operations cycle from onboarding participants to post-program reporting and closure. Supervise training coordinators, program coordinators, and operational support teams. Ensure all stakeholders are updated regularly on program progress, timelines, risks, and deliverables. Maintain high standards for participant experience and engagement throughout the training journey. Ensure training materials, attendance records, evaluations, and assessments are properly managed and documented. Ensure compliance with KHDA and any accreditation or regulatory requirements related to training delivery. Stakeholder & partner coordination Act as the main focal point for operational coordination with government entities, corporate clients, universities, trainers, and strategic partners. Coordinate with the strategy & business development team to ensure smooth transition from client acquisition to program implementation. Participate in client meetings, kick-off sessions, and program review meetings when required. Build strong relationships with trainers, facilitators, and ecosystem partners to ensure high-quality delivery standards. Team leadership & performance management Lead and mentor the training & capacity building team to ensure high performance and accountability. Assign responsibilities clearly and monitor execution effectiveness across all running programs. Foster a collaborative, agile, and execution-focused culture within the department. Support team development through coaching, guidance, and performance management. Quality assurance & continuous improvement Monitor participant feedback and program performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities. Develop reports and dashboards to track program performance, attendance, satisfaction, and impact. Continuously improve operational efficiency, learning delivery models, and participant engagement approaches. Ensure programs maintain high standards aligned with NEA’s vision and positioning. Requirements Qualifications & experience Bachelor’s degree in business administration, education, project management, human capital, or related field. Master’s degree is preferred. Minimum 7–10 years of experience in training operations, learning management, capacity building, or program execution. Experience managing large-scale government or corporate training programs is highly preferred. Strong project management and operational execution experience.
