Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome. Strong to fluent English. Excellent Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, are mandatory. Previous experience in administration, data entry, finance operations, logistics, or shipping is a plus. Cairo residents are preferred.
Description
We are looking for a Shipping Coordinator to join our Regional Shipping Operations team. The role will support shipping transactions across our regional markets, UAE, KSA, Bahrain, Qatar, Kuwait, and the USA, excluding Egypt, and will focus primarily on shipping data entry, cost tracking, reporting, and coordination with Finance. The position acts as a key link between the Shipping and Finance teams, ensuring that shipping costs are accurately recorded and allocated to the appropriate cost centers.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle and maintain accurate shipping data and transactions across regional markets.Enter, update, and maintain shipping-related information in internal systems and trackers.Prepare and maintain shipping cost reports and Excel trackers.Review shipping costs and ensure they are accurately captured and allocated to the correct cost centers.Coordinate with the Regional Shipping team to collect and validate shipping-related information.Act as a point of coordination between the Shipping and Finance teams regarding shipping costs and transactions.Follow up on discrepancies or missing information and ensure timely resolution.Support the preparation of regular operational and financial reports.Maintain accurate records and documentation related to shipping transactions.Perform other administrative and reporting tasks as required by the Shipping Team Leader.What you'll need to succeedBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.Strong to fluent English, both written and spoken.Excellent Microsoft Excel skills are mandatory.Hands-on knowledge of Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP is required.Candidates will be required to complete an Excel assessment as part of the recruitment process.Previous experience in administration, data entry, finance operations, logistics, or shipping is a plus.Cairo residents, particularly candidates based in or near Nasr City.What we can offer youWith us,you will turn your aspirations into reality.
