Requirements

A leading healthcare organization in the UAE is seeking experienced Consultant / Specialist Orthopedic Surgeons to join its expanding orthopedic department.The successful candidates will provide comprehensive orthopedic care, including the diagnosis and surgical management of musculoskeletal conditions, trauma, degenerative disorders, sports injuries, fractures, and joint-related conditions. This is an excellent opportunity to join a modern healthcare environment with advanced surgical facilities and a multidisciplinary clinical team.We welcome applications from internationally trained physicians, including UK CCT, American Board, Australian Board, South African Board, and other recognized Western-qualified specialists.Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and manage a broad range of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.Perform elective and emergency orthopedic surgical procedures as appropriate.Manage fractures, trauma, joint disorders, sports injuries, and degenerative conditions.Conduct comprehensive patient consultations and develop individualized treatment plans.Perform pre-operative assessments and provide post-operative follow-up.Work closely with radiology, anesthesia, physiotherapy, rehabilitation, and other specialties.Maintain accurate medical records and clinical documentation.Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, clinical audits, and quality improvement initiatives.Ensure high standards of patient safety, clinical governance, and evidence-based practice.Contribute to the development of orthopedic services within the organization.
