Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and following up with leads, conducting property viewings, and presenting suitable options aligned with client preferences and budgets. The role involves advising clients on market trends, property values, and investment potential, while ensuring all documentation and transactions comply with local regulations and company policies. The Residential Property Advisor will maintain accurate records in company systems, coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders, and deliver professional customer service throughout the client journey.
