Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum 15 years of total construction experience.
Minimum 10 years of proven Dubai/UAE experience.
Strong experience in high-rise and residential building projects.
Excellent knowledge of structural and finishing works.
Proven experience in client management and subcontractor negotiation.
Strong leadership, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and deliver projects within tight deadlines.
Only candidates with strong Dubai building construction experience will be considered
