We are currently seeking a qualified Senior Supply Planning Specialist to join our Supply Chain Department.Position: Senior Supply Planning SpecialistDepartment: Supply ChainLocation: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaExperience: 2–5 yearsJob SummaryWe are seeking a Supply Planning Specialist to support demand fulfillment and inventory optimization across the organization. The role is responsible for developing supply plans, managing replenishment activities, monitoring inventory performance and KPIs, and ensuring product availability while maintaining healthy inventory levels. The successful candidate will work closely with Procurement, Warehouse, and Sales teams, provide data-driven insights through reporting and analysis, and contribute to effective supply chain decision-making and risk mitigation.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain supply plans aligned with forecasted demand.Manage replenishment activities and generate purchase orders to ensure product availability.Monitor inventory performance, including inventory value, Days on Hand (DOH), stock aging, and expiry.Build and maintain inventory health reports and dashboards for management reviews.Collaborate with Procurement, Warehouse, and Sales teams to balance supply and demand.Support business reviews by providing data analysis and actionable insights.Identify supply risks and implement mitigation plans to minimize potential disruptions.Maintain planning parameters within ERP systems and support new product launches.
