Description

Job Overview
As an Operations Crane Lead, you will play a key role in field operations by safely operating lifting equipment and supporting the installation, maintenance, and repair of pumping units. This is a hands-on role where you will work closely with field crews to ensure equipment is installed and maintained safely and efficiently.

 

What You’ll Do
Operate traveling or stationary cranes to lift, move, and position loads
Safely rig up and rig down cranes, bucket trucks, and related equipment
Assist in the assembly, installation, maintenance, and repair of pumping units
Pre-load jobs and ensure all tools and equipment are ready for field operations
Identify pumping unit components and support troubleshooting efforts
Inspect cranes and lifting equipment before and after use
Execute lockout tagout (LOTO) procedures and stored energy isolation
Assist with writing job safety analysis (JSA) under supervision
Follow standard operating procedures and all safety rules
Drive company vehicles to and from job locations
Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
Work in all weather conditions and support field operations as needed
Perform additional duties as assigned
 

 

What You Bring
Required:

High School diploma or GED
NCCCO crane certification
Current CDL
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Mechanical ability to perform field tasks
Knowledge of rigging and safe lifting practices
Ability to work at heights and lift up to 50 lbs
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Strong communication skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Ability to follow instructions and work well with a team
