Requirements
The role requires performing global analytics and market research, developing site selection opportunities, determining market rates, negotiating commercial terms and complex lease agreements, aligning base build and data hall design, and driving accountability with data center operators. Responsibilities include identifying and executing functional initiatives, planning schedules for multiple programs, partnering with global cross-functional teams, managing dependencies and risks, influencing teams for prioritization, managing portfolio budgets, establishing scalable frameworks, running standups and sprint planning, and building consistent reporting.
Description
This role will work closely with our capacity planning, design and data hall engineering, construction, delivery, legal, security, networking, compliance, and operations teams throughout each project, and throughout the sequence of each transaction and will be responsible for preparing and presenting periodic presentations in the form of investment write-ups and presentations prepared in collaboration with all key stakeholders for internal governance. Role requires strengths in stakeholder management, analytics, negotiation, and a drive to execute.
