Requirements
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of progressive F&B leadership experience, including previous experience as a Restaurant GM, F&B Manager, or senior multi-outlet leader. Strong experience across restaurants, bars, and lifestyle F&B, with a genuine strength in beverage and cocktail operations, is required. Pre-opening experience, ideally in Dubai/UAE, and experience across restaurant, cocktail bar, and poolside operations are a plus. Fluent English and Spanish are preferred.
