Requirements
10-12 + years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, or UI Design, with dedicated native mobile app (iOS/Android) design experience — required.
Proficient in Figma, including auto layout, components, variables, and prototyping.
Strong portfolio demonstrating both UX process and UI visual craft.
Experience contributing to and working within a complex, mature design system — not just consuming a component library.
Demonstrated experience designing for complex data sets or data-dense interfaces.
Previous banking or fintech experience strongly preferred.
Working knowledge of native platform guidelines (Apple HIG, Material Design).
Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA).
Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum, cross-functional environments.
