Requirements
2–3 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or venue operations.Good English and confident communication skills.Basic POS and equipment troubleshooting ability.Comfortable leading and directing a young team.Available to work closing shifts, weekends, and holidays.First-aid certification is preferred.Willingness to complete required supplier and emergency training.
Description
PurposeTake ownership of the assigned shift and act as the Duty Manager when required, ensuring the venue operates safely, smoothly, and to a high standard.Key ResponsibilitiesBrief the team and assign cashiers, hosts, and housekeepers.Manage queues, deploy floaters, and respond to operational issues.Monitor checklists, cashier balances, card/wristband controls, and room status.Maintain incident, lost property, damage, and fault records.Carry out trained first-line equipment checks and escalate faults to suppliers when required.Monitor cleaning and venue standards and authorize areas to reopen.Support and direct the team throughout the shift, ensuring procedures and safety standards are followed.
