Requirements
Key ResponsibilitiesReceive, inspect, verify, and record incoming materials and supplies.Maintain accurate stock and inventory records.Issue materials against approved requests.Organize and maintain the store in a safe, clean, and systematic manner.Conduct regular stock counts and report any discrepancies.Monitor stock levels and report shortages, excesses, or damaged materials.Coordinate with internal departments regarding material requirements.Maintain proper documentation for all stock movements, receipts, and issues.Ensure materials are properly stored, labelled, and easily accessible.Follow organizational procedures, safety standards, and inventory control practices.RequirementsMinimum 2–3 years of relevant experience as a Storekeeper or in a similar warehouse/inventory role.Good knowledge of inventory management and warehouse procedures.Basic computer skills; experience with ERP or inventory management systems is preferred.Good communication, organizational, and documentation skills.Ability to maintain accurate stock records and conduct physical inventory counts.Candidates must be available to work in Abu Dhabi or Dubai.UAE experience, particularly within a government or large institutional environment, will be an advantage.
