Requirements

Role Description:This is a full-time, on-site Teaching Assistant role based in Dubai. The Teaching Assistant will support classroom teachers in delivering EYFS-aligned lessons, preparing learning materials, and organising classroom activities. Responsibilities include working directly with children in small groups or one-on-one, assisting with behaviour management, and reinforcing key concepts in literacy and numeracy. The role also involves supervising children during transitions, playtime, and outings, as well as helping to maintain a safe, tidy, and inclusive classroom environment.
