The ideal candidate must be a DHA Licensed Registered Nurse with a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and a minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role (Head Nurse, Charge Nurse, Nurse Supervisor, Team Leader, Nurse Manager, or Clinic Nurse Lead). Previous UAE healthcare experience, experience managing nursing rosters, staffing, and clinic operations, and BLS certification are mandatory. Fluent Arabic and English communication skills, strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, and EMR experience are also required.
