Key Responsibilities:System Design & Implementation: Design, configure, implement, and maintain Emerson DeltaV or Ovation systems for process automation projects across pharmaceutical, power, water, and wastewater industries.System Integration & Customization: Perform system integration, programming, and customization based on project requirements to ensure seamless system functionality.System Testing & Commissioning: Conduct system testing, Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), commissioning, and site support activities.Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve control system and instrumentation issues, ensuring smooth plant operations.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (process, electrical, mechanical) to ensure proper system integration.Compliance & Safety: Ensure all systems comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality guidelines.Technical Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including system designs, configurations, and user manuals.Training & Support: Provide ongoing technical support and training to plant operations and maintenance staff.
