Location: Al Ain

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Consultant Orthopedic Surgeon to join a reputable healthcare facility in Al Ain. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive orthopedic care, perform surgical procedures, and manage patients with a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions.
Key responsibilities
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
Perform orthopedic surgical procedures according to clinical expertise and hospital requirements.
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Perform pre-operative evaluations and provide post-operative care and follow-up.
Manage trauma and emergency orthopedic cases when required.
Evaluate and interpret X-rays, CT scans, MRI, and other relevant diagnostic investigations.
Collaborate with physiotherapists, radiologists, anesthesiologists, and other specialists to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Provide evidence-based non-surgical treatment where appropriate.
Maintain accurate and comprehensive medical records.
Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, clinical audits, and quality improvement initiatives.
Mentor and support junior doctors and other clinical staff.
Ensure compliance with UAE healthcare regulations, hospital policies, and patient-safety standards.
Requirements
