This is a full-time, on-site Photographer role based in Kuwait City. The Photographer will plan and execute photo shoots, from pre-production through final delivery. Responsibilities include setting up and adjusting lighting, selecting appropriate equipment and lenses, directing clients and guests to achieve natural, compelling composition, and capturing high-quality images. The role also involves editing photos, retouching images, preparing final image sets, coordinating with videographers and other team members, and maintaining camera and studio equipment.QualificationsStrong technical photography skills.Proficiency in photo editing and post-production using tools such as Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.Solid understanding of composition, color, and lighting to create consistent, high-quality imagery under varying conditions.Excellent client-facing skills, including the ability to direct individuals and groups, maintain a calm presence, and communicate clearly with diverse clients.Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle shoot schedules, deadlines, and multiple projects simultaneously.Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.Fluency in English.Relevant training or education in photography, visual arts, or a related field is preferred.Legal authorization to work in Kuwait and reliable on-site presence in Kuwait City.
