Requirements
Proven work experience as a Trainer or similar role with at least 2 years of experience as an MHE operative. Must be a multi-skilled trainer capable of delivering courses for various MHE. Proven ability to complete the full training cycle (assess needs, develop objectives, design, coordinate, monitor, and evaluate training programs). Strong communication skills, preferably bilingual in English and Arabic, with excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities. Good organizational and self-management skills, administrative skills for managing training programs, and competencies in MS Office and Presentation skills. Ability to analyze and organize information, identify training needs, conduct training on various subjects, and work under pressure. A Diploma or Bachelor's Degree or equivalent is required, or a combination of education and prior experience.

Job Responsibilities Plan, direct and conduct overall training programme for employees working with SCM.Carry out new starter Novice MHE trainingCarry out MHE operator refresher trainingSupport the wider business units with MHE training as requiredCarry out Defensive driving trainingCarry out Staff InductionsCarry out First Aid and Fire awareness training for staff as required.Attend monthly site safety meeting and update on all matters relating to operator MHE trainingSet goals, priorities and broad objectives for staff MHE training in collaboration with line managers and employees in order to reduce the cost, severity and frequency of accidents.Facilitate in providing training sessions, develop appropriate objectives and ensure achievement for the same.Coordinate the safety activities of all safety and training personnel to ensure maximum benefit across the company.To be involved in investigating MHE incidents and accidentsEvaluate and review operating procedures and Safety precautions to minimise the potential for accident and injury.Supervise and participate in accident/ incident investigations.Ensure optimum level of customer satisfaction and compile all feedback to analyse work of employees.Co-ordinate with line managers and supervisors to assess the training needs of individual departments.Should evaluate the competency level of individual trainees to enable him work with employees with different knowledge and skill levels.Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment.Research and recommend new training methods.Assess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills techniques into employees work behaviour.
