Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power & Control Engineering, or a related field.Relevant Experience: Practical experience in industrial plant maintenance, electrical systems, and automation control.PLC Expertise: Hands-on experience with PLCs, particularly Siemens, Delta, or equivalent industrial automation systems.PLC Troubleshooting: Ability to read, modify, and debug PLC programs and diagnose system logic faults.Control & Distribution Boards: Solid knowledge of main distribution boards (PCC), Motor Control Centers (MCC), and control panels.Drives & Motor Protection: Proficient in VFDs/Inverters, Soft Starters, motor control circuits, and electrical protection devices.Measurement Tools: Skilled in using diagnostic instruments, including Multimeters, Clamp Meters, and Meggers.Electrical Components: Strong understanding of sensors, relays, contactors, thermal overloads, and circuit breakers.Schematic Reading: Ability to read, interpret, and update electrical schematics and control wiring diagrams.Maintenance Planning: Proven ability to implement preventive maintenance schedules and efficiently manage emergency breakdowns.Automation Systems (Preferred): Experience with HMI, SCADA systems, and industrial communication protocols is preferred.

Preventive & Corrective Maintenance: Execute and follow up on preventive and corrective maintenance for all electrical systems and equipment in the factory.Troubleshooting Automation Systems: Diagnose and troubleshoot control circuits, PLC, HMI, VFDs, sensors, and actuators.Electrical Schematics Reading: Read and interpret electrical schematics, control wiring diagrams, and Single Line Diagrams (SLD).Control & Distribution Panels Maintenance: Inspect and maintain control panels, main distribution boards (PCC), and Motor Control Centers (MCC).PLC Programming & Troubleshooting: Perform PLC programming, troubleshooting, and program backup/upload/download when required.Electric Motors & Protection: Inspect and repair electric motor faults, starting circuits, and protective devices.VFD & Soft Starter Maintenance: Monitor and maintain Variable Frequency Drives (VFD/Inverters), Soft Starters, and electrical protection systems.Maintenance Logs & Spare Parts: Prepare and track preventive maintenance schedules, maintain breakdown logs, and track spare parts consumption.Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate maintenance activities with mechanical teams, production staff, and external vendors as needed.Electrical Safety Protocols: Ensure full compliance with electrical safety standards and procedures during maintenance tasks.Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Analyze recurring failures, propose corrective actions, and implement reliability improvements.
