Requirements
Bachelor's degree / higher education qualification / equivalent preferred. One or more years of experience in reservations, front office, or customer service, preferably in a hotel environment. Strong communication and customer service skills. Knowledge of hotel reservation systems preferred. Must speak local language(s). Other languages preferred.
