Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related discipline with obtained equivalency/recognition certificate report from MOHSRE.
Minimum 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in civil estimation within the UAE or GCC.
Proven experience in estimating:
Infrastructure projects
Industrial facilities
Warehouses
Commercial and residential buildings
Roads and pavement works
Utility works (water, sewer, stormwater, duct banks)
Hardscape and external works
Marine and port-related civil works
Knowledge of MEP estimation and coordination will be considered an added advantage.
Technical Skills
Good working knowledge of CCS Candy with a minimum competency level of 7/10.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Power Query, data analysis, and cost reporting.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, BOQs, and technical documents.
Strong understanding of supplier quotations, subcontractor pricing, and commercial bid comparisons.
Good understanding of construction methodologies, productivity norms, and estimation principles.
Strong knowledge of UAE construction market rates, suppliers, subcontractors, and procurement practices.

Experience working in multidisciplinary EPC or construction environments will be an advantage.
