Diagnose and manage a wide range of ENT disorders including sinusitis, otitis media, tonsillitis, head and neck cancers, hearing loss, and voice disorders. Plan and perform both elective and emergency surgical procedures within the specialty scope. Perform endoscopic examinations and use audiological and imaging diagnostic tools for accurate diagnosis. Manage chronic and acute ENT infections and inflammatory conditions. Treat patients with disorders affecting hearing, balance, speech, and swallowing. Manage patients with head and neck tumors, coordinating care with oncology and radiology teams. Provide patient education on disease prevention, treatment options, and postoperative care. Maintain accurate patient records, surgical notes, and ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulations. Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, case discussions, and clinical governance activities. Engage in teaching, research, clinical audits, and continuous professional development.
