Requirements
Minimum 5 years of UAE experience as a Finishing Foreman with mandatory experience in villa construction projects. Strong knowledge of all finishing works including tiling, marble, painting, gypsum, waterproofing, joinery, carpentry, aluminum & glass, doors, ceilings, and final snagging. Ability to read construction drawings and supervise site activities. Experience managing laborers and subcontractors. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Able to ensure quality, safety, and timely project completion. Immediate joiners are preferred.
