Requirements
Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field7+ years of procurement experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role leading teamsProcurement experience within construction or real estate development, including sourcing construction materials and subcontractor servicesHands-on experience with strategic sourcing, negotiation, contract management, and procurement process improvementExperience using Odoo ERP or similar procurement systemsKnowledge of relevant legal and regulatory procurement frameworksBusiness fluent in Arabic and EnglishProven ability to partner with internal stakeholders across finance, legal, operations, and project/construction teams, and to present procurement strategies to senior leadershipPreferred Qualifications:MBA or equivalent advanced degreeExperience managing logistics contracts within procurementExperience monitoring supplier performance and driving supplier relationship management initiativesExperience managing external stakeholder relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and logistics/service providersExperience presenting procurement savings and risk updates to board-level stakeholders
