Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.· 2-3 years of experience in Purchasing or Procurement, preferably in a manufacturing environment.· Experience in managing service, maintenance, and supplier contracts.· Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.· Knowledge of import processes and purchasing best practices.· Proficiency Microsoft Office· Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.· Good command of English
Description
· Responsible for end-to-end Purchasing activities for all indirect materials, spare parts, tools, PPE, facility requirements, technical services, and capital expenditures.· Lead sourcing and purchasing activities for both local and international suppliers to ensure uninterrupted business operations and support plant requirements.· Manage the complete Purchasing cycle including supplier identification, RFQ issuance, quotation analysis, negotiations, purchase order creation, and supplier performance follow-up.· Maintain a qualified supplier database for local and foreign vendors, ensuring competitive pricing, quality, and service levels.· Negotiate commercial and contractual terms with suppliers to achieve cost savings, favorable payment terms, and optimal delivery conditions.· Coordinate foreign purchasing activities including import documentation, shipping arrangements, customs clearance follow-up, and delivery scheduling.· Work closely with Warehouse, Finance, Engineering, Maintenance, Production, and Administration teams to ensure timely material availability and project execution.· Monitor supplier performance regarding delivery, quality, responsiveness, and compliance with contractual agreements, implementing corrective actions when required.· Support localization initiatives by identifying and qualifying local suppliers to reduce dependency on imports and improve supply chain efficiency.· Manage contracts and service agreements related to maintenance, facility services, construction projects, utilities, and other indirect procurement categories.· Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, financial controls, and quality management system requirements (ISO/IATF).· Prepare and present purchasing reports including cost savings achievements, supplier performance evaluations, procurement status, and budget tracking.· Support urgent operational requirements by expediting critical orders and implementing alternative sourcing solutions when necessary.· Drive purchasing process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce lead times, and strengthen supplier partnerships.· Perform any additional duties assigned by the Purchasing Manager or Logistics Manager.
