Job Overview:
The Manager Subcontracts requires an in-depth understanding of subcontract concepts, theories, and principles and basic knowledge of other related disciplines. The Manager Subcontracts must be able to apply an understanding of the industry to improve effectiveness, provide guidance, and influence processes and policies for the subcontracts discipline as well as identify and resolve technical, operational, and organizational problems that impact effectiveness. The Manager Subcontracts impact the level of service and the subcontract team’s ability to meet quality and timeliness objectives.
