Requirements
Candidates must have 1-3 years of previous experience as a Banquet Server, preferably in a 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality environment. A good command of English is required, with additional languages being an advantage. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, public holidays, and extended hours is necessary.

Key Responsibilities:Set up and prepare banquet venues, tables, chairs, buffet areas, and service stations according to event requirements and hotel standards.Provide professional and attentive food and beverage service throughout banquets, meetings, weddings, and other events.Serve food and beverages efficiently and according to the established sequence of service and event requirements.Maintain excellent knowledge of menus, beverages, event details, and service procedures.Ensure tables, service areas, and equipment are kept clean, organized, and properly presented throughout the event.Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests, enquiries, and special requirements.Assist with clearing, resetting, and closing banquet areas after events while ensuring all equipment and supplies are properly stored.Candidate Requirements:Previous experience as a Banquet Server, or similar role, preferably within a 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality environment.Knowledge of banquet and event service standards and procedures.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong guest-focused approach.Positive attitude, professional appearance, and genuine passion for hospitality.Good knowledge of food and beverage service, including basic food safety and allergen awareness.Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.Flexible to work shifts, weekends, public holidays, and extended hours depending on event requirements.
