Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 7+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 3 years leading Product teams. Experience in SaaS, FinTech, HealthTech, or technology startups. Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies, product roadmap and lifecycle management, UX principles, and customer-centric product development. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Experience with product management tools like Jira, Confluence, Notion, Figma, and Productboard is required.

The successful candidate will own the product roadmap, collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Business teams, and ensure our products deliver exceptional customer value while supporting the company's growth objectives.Key Responsibilities Define and communicate the product vision and long-term strategy. Own and prioritise the product roadmap. Lead product discovery through customer research, market analysis, and data insights. Collaborate with Engineering and Design to deliver high-quality product releases. Translate business goals into product initiatives and measurable outcomes. Define product KPIs and monitor product performance. Prioritise features based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility. Drive product innovation and continuous improvement. Lead and mentor the Product Management team. Collaborate with Growth, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
