Requirements
Requires a Bachelor's degree in civil, electrical, or a related engineering discipline, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant QA/QC experience in construction, infrastructure, or HV/EHV cable projects. Prior experience in TRANSCO/TAQA transmission projects and experience in 132kV-400kV cable laying and transmission projects are highly preferred and considered an advantage.

Our commitment to environmentally responsible practices and cutting-edge technology drives progress across infrastructure, energy, and industrial sectors.We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity in our workforce with a dynamic environment that encourages growth, innovation, and sustainability.Roles and Responsibilities:Review project specifications, approved drawings, method statements, ITPs, and quality requirements before commencement of work.Coordinate with the Client/Consultant, Project Manager, Construction Team, and subcontractors for all quality-related activities.Ensure cable installation is carried out according to approved cable pulling calculations, manufacturer recommendations, and project requirements.Ensure all measuring and testing equipment is properly calibrated and has valid calibration certificates.Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with the project's Quality Management System.Job Requirements:Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related Engineering discipline.Minimum 5 years of relevant QA/QC experience in construction, infrastructure, or HV/EHV cable projects.Previous experience in TRANSCO/TAQA transmission projects is highly preferred.Experience in 132kV–400kV cable laying and transmission projects is an advantage.
