We are looking for an individual passionate about fostering critical thinking and a deep understanding of human behavior in our students, preparing them for higher education and global citizenship. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in psychology or a closely related field (e.g., educational psychology) from an accredited university. Master's degree in psychology or education is highly preferred. Valid, professional teaching license/certification in secondary education (with a psychology endorsement where applicable) from a recognized US state or equivalent jurisdiction. Relevant academic transcripts and degree certificates must be attested as per UAE Ministry of Education requirements upon employment. Experience requirements Minimum of 2-3 years of full-time, post-qualification teaching experience in psychology at the high school level (Grades 9-12). Demonstrated experience teaching the American curriculum and adhering to US standards for psychology. Experience with the Advanced Placement (AP) Psychology curriculum and a proven track record of student success in AP exams is a significant advantage.
