Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related fieldWith 20+ years experience delivering complicated steel frame structures/bridges with value exceeding SAR1bn and strong knowledge of structural steel design, construction staging analysis and steel erection.Experience of ACP cladding and large LED screens optional.The Project Director will manage a team of 10 direct staff, construction supervision team and 3 contractors. (Main Contractor, Steel contractor and LED contractor)A minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership roleStrong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneouslyExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholdersFamiliarity with Saudi Arabia's construction industry, regulations, and standards is preferred
