Drive innovation, oversee application delivery, build high-performing teams, and ensure technology solutions deliver measurable business value.Key Responsibilities Develop and execute application strategies and service offerings aligned with business objectives. Analyze business requirements and deliver innovative application solutions for SEVEN and SCC. Lead the design, development, implementation, and continuous improvement of smart systems and applications. Manage and develop the Applications team, ensuring the required capabilities and technical expertise. Conduct regular team meetings, monitor performance, and provide coaching and guidance. Identify business growth opportunities and recommend technology-enabled solutions. Drive learning and professional development initiatives to strengthen team capabilities. Recruit, motivate, develop, and retain high-performing talent. Translate business objectives into actionable application and technology strategies. Promote best practices in application development, solution architecture, and delivery. Identify and introduce innovative technologies and new ways of delivering business value.
