In-House Digital Marketing & Content SpecialistLocation: Dubai, UAEEmployment Type: Full-Time, In-HouseIndustry: Dental & Derma / Aesthetic HealthcareAbout Allure Dental & Derma ClinicAllure Dental & Derma Clinic is a premium dental and dermatology clinic in Dubai, focused on delivering high-quality clinical care and an exceptional patient experience.We are looking for a hands-on In-House Digital Marketing & Content Specialist who can take ownership of our digital marketing, social media content, paid advertising, and daily content production.This is not a remote social media management role. We are looking for someone who can be physically present at the clinic, understand our treatments and brand, and continuously create high-quality content that generates awareness, leads, and patient bookings.Key ResponsibilitiesMeta Ads & Performance Marketing* Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram).* Work as the clinic's in-house Media Buyer.* Develop campaigns for key dental and dermatology treatments, including veneers, Invisalign/clear aligners, implants, smile makeovers, whitening, dermatology and aesthetic treatments.* Manage campaign budgets, targeting, creatives, retargeting, lead generation, and conversion campaigns.* Monitor KPIs including CPL, CTR, CPM, conversion rate, lead quality, and ROAS.* Continuously test different audiences, creatives, offers, hooks, and ad formats.* Analyze campaign performance and provide regular reports and recommendations.* Stay updated with Meta Ads policies, algorithm changes, and current advertising strategies.Content Creation & Social Media* Manage the clinic's Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant social media platforms.* Create and publish content consistently according to a structured content calendar.* Shoot videos and photographs at the clinic on a daily basis.* Produce Reels, Stories, educational videos, treatment videos, behind-the-scenes content, doctor-led content, patient journey content, and promotional content.* Work closely with doctors and the clinic team to develop creative content ideas.* Identify opportunities to create content from daily clinical activities.* Write captions, hooks, CTAs, and basic content copy.* Schedule and publish content while maintaining a consistent premium brand image.* Monitor comments, messages, engagement, and audience interaction.Photography & Videography* Operate professional cameras, lenses, lighting, microphones, and other production equipment.* Capture high-quality clinical, lifestyle, portrait, and treatment photography.* Film professional vertical video optimized for Instagram Reels and TikTok.* Understand composition, lighting, framing, exposure, focus, and basic color grading.* Create visually premium content suitable for a luxury dental and aesthetic clinic.* Edit short-form videos using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.* Perform basic photo editing using Lightroom, Photoshop, or similar software.What We Are Looking For* Proven experience in digital marketing, social media, and Meta Ads.* Strong hands-on experience as a Meta Media Buyer.* Previous experience working with dental clinics, dermatology clinics, aesthetic clinics, cosmetic clinics, medical centers, or similar healthcare businesses is highly preferred.* Strong photography and videography skills.* Experience creating high-performing Reels and short-form video content.* Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok content trends.* Ability to independently plan, shoot, edit, publish, and analyze content.* Strong creative eye and understanding of premium/luxury branding.* Good understanding of lead generation and converting social media traffic into actual patient inquiries and bookings.* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.* Excellent communication and organizational skills.* Comfortable working directly with doctors and appearing
