Job Description :Amazon MENA is seeking an experienced and results-driven Program Manager II to own end-to-end FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) inbound operations for KSA. This is a single-threaded owner role responsible for managing the entire inbound lifecycle - from seller appointment scheduling and drop-off to receiving and stow - across multiple Fulfillment Centers and a large, diverse seller ecosystem.The FBA Inbound Program Manager drives strategy and operational excellence to deliver best-in-class seller experience, operating within minimal forecasting deviations even during high-intensity peak events. The role demands strong cross-functional influence without authority, partnering with senior stakeholders across supply chain, fulfillment operations, technology, and business teams to deliver on program-level goals.The PM manages a diverse seller base with varied inbounding personas and requirements, calibrating precise inbound and labor forecasting at multiple grains.
