Job DescriptionJob PurposeManage corporate development and agility initiatives by implementing frameworks, systems, and programs that strengthen organizational agility and performance. Ensure alignment of development priorities with strategic goals, oversee continuous improvement, and drive capability-building, innovation, and best-practice adoption across RTA sectors. Identify and promote innovative practices that improve institutional effectiveness and efficiency, aligned with resilience and agility principles.Roles And ResponsibilitiesStrategyDevelop and govern the Corporate Development & Agility (CDA) system, including policies, work models, and mechanisms, with cross-unit coordination and implementation oversight.Design, implement, and execute change management plans that guide the organisation through transitions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and minimising resistance.Engage stakeholders at all levels to foster collaboration and support during change.
