Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Minimum of 10 years’ experience in project controls, with direct involvement in mixed-use developments. Strong knowledge of project controls tools, software, and methodologies. Proven ability to manage complex project schedules and budgets. Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills. Experience working in the Middle East region is an advantage. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
