About the OpportunityA leading, privately-owned F&B Holding Group is seeking a strategic and commercially minded Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Reporting to the Group CEO, the CFO will manage the complete financial health of the holding company and its multi-brand subsidiaries.We need a financial leader who goes beyond traditional reporting to act as a true strategic partner to the CEO and Founders — one who can translate complex financial data into clear business decisions that fuel our growth and expansion ambitions.Key Outcomes & ResponsibilitiesThe CFO will oversee and optimize all financial operations, treasury, and cash flow management across the holding group and its subsidiaries, preparing consolidated financial statements and comprehensive management reports for the Founders and Board of Directors. This role requires developing robust annual budgets, multi-year financial plans, and accurate forecasting models, while ensuring absolute compliance with financial regulations including Corporate Tax and VAT requirements.
